What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we have spoken with the client, we have a full team member meeting to discuss their wants and needs. Then we follow up with multiple quotes for them to choose from.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over the past 25 years I have worked in multiple venues from front of house and back of house.

No we custom make each quote for customers needs. 


How did you get started in this business?

I was the Director of special events for Mandalay Bay resorts and casino.   


What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a large range of companies from smaller startups to Twitter, EDC, MTV, Flight Center, IBM & LinkedIn


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We most recently worked with Adidas on location in Bahamas for a corporate event. We rented a private yacht, fully catered with an amazing chef and set up excursion on a private island. 


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Knowing how many years the company has been in business will help ensure the quality of your event. They will have already have reputable local vendors and staffing in place that they’ve worked with multiple times before. 


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Having key facts ahead of time like the date, how many people, location and your budget.
