Hi there my name is Ashley. I've been in the industry since one of my first few jobs at the age of 16. I then went on to get license as a stylist after working as an assistant for years, and have been behind the chair for the past 12 years. Continuing my education each and every day is some thing that I can't emphasize enough in this industry. I find myself to be very successful due to the fact that I will listen to what people want and and not what I think is best. My motto is at the end of the day. I want you to love your hair. It doesn't matter what I think.

Being a mom of four, I like to think I have patience for just about anything and understand everyone's flexibility.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to start with a detailed consultation to know what you like and most importantly dislike about the style you have now and where we're looking to go. I want my clients to always have the most incredible experience and feel like a million dollars when they leave the salon!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have continued color, cutting, smoothing and extension classes monthly almost biweekly through the Salon and suppliers we work with.

How did you get started in this business?

I started right out of high school but it wasn't until having kids that I realized my passion for making people feel better about themselves and having the freedom to do what myself and the client wanted versus what other people wanted us to do.

Being a mother of four kids I love the flexibility of making my own schedule and not missing out on anything!
