Hello I’m Bryahna Stocks , I am the Chef and owner of Fresh Comforts Catering and Outreach. I am a driven and compassionate professional , offering catering and private chef services tailored to your needs. I believe in using Local and fresh ingredients, and putting all we can to make your event big or small memorable and delicious ! We offer many customizable menus, and decorationsfor any theme ! We do everything from meal prep to banquet /buffet style to fine dining and coursed meals. We understand and welcome dietary restrictions and preference’s you or your guest might have ! I am well versed in vegan and vegetarian and gluten free option’s. We take care of everything! Prep, setup, and clean up. Enabling you to enjoy your event and guests!
A big part of the foundation for fresh comfort is giving back : We use parts of our income and donations to do our outreach projects. Like Houseless neighbors care packages , fundraising Vendor Markets in the community . I’m looking to foster community and support through food and gods will! I have years of experience in the kitchen as well as hospitality. I have placed in chef competitions and continue to build my accreditation's .
How did you get started in this business?
I started my love for cooking as a child .I began cooki as "second mom" in my foster home I realized how I could make someone feel at home amd loved by making a familiar dish and since then I've stopped at nothing to learn and share my love through food and event planning
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers. And have tailored an experience for every single person . We want to make sure you have your dream event. We are with you hands on every step of the way!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had recently did an engagement party with picnic setting and buffet table setup . We offered a brunch menu . With it warming up we'd love to add more picnic packages! Stay tuned as we update 🤗
