What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process that I use it's quite simple, get to know my client, chatting and getting comfortable, keep it loose and fun, and get your true personality to show. The opposite of say cheese, this is the key to looking natural. That's why it's so hard to be photographed because often times one is trying too hard
