Her vision and creativity have helped create unique looks that consistently satisfy the broadest spectrum of clients. Her experience as a hairstylist/salon owner has taken her through all aspects of the beauty industry; from formal events to the runways and including coaching stylists on the most progressive and innovative techniques in hair design. Arcelia’s extensive training includes- Vidal Sassoon-London and Santa Monica, Toni & Guy as well as Redken New York.
