What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Questions questions questions, my goal is to provide my clients with something they will be proud of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Starting capturing images in 1972 on film and converted to digitail in 2005. My father was a projectionest and photogrpher in the 40's. I think its in my DNA. My images speak for themself. I have been published and won a number of awards including best in show.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$100 and hour including travel. 2 hour min.
How did you get started in this business?
In my DNA and I enjoying capturing a moment in time to share with others especailly water and or expressions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Neather my gear or I are not cheap.
But I will promise you, what I see in the view finder is what I capture.
It is sad how many people call themselves professnails, yet enhance their images in post and totally change an image; i.e., blown out hightlights, crushed blacks or change the entire background.
If you can't capture a perfect exposed and composed image, please don't call yourself a professnail.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have a punch list of questions written down so you get all your questions answered up front and what to expect.
Be realistic on diliveribles as perfection takes time.
