So many times clients come to the sitting and start off by saying that they aren't photogenic...with my skills and artistry I'm able to prove them wrong! Basically my clients are responding to my gentle and enthusiastic coaching. I get inside my subject, create a dialog with my clients and make them feel relaxed and it shows in the final product...there's no end to the possibilities. It's really a joint effort. I go the extra mile to produce the highest quality results. I am a Portrait Passionista. I take great care with my clients and it shows.
It's all about transformation. When a client comes to the studio they are looking for something: a great experience, a new look or a feeling that they're revealing some part of themselves that's been under wraps for a while. I love seeing how people change in front of the camera, gaining a new confidence.
Working with people is a great pleasure and seeing them excited about what we've produced together is always a thrill. I also love trying new techniques, lighting and set-ups.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client's experience with me involves getting to know each other at our initial, complimentary consultation. We discuss why they're coming to me, how they'd like to be photographed, what clothes and colors they enjoy wearing. If they decide the time is right then we set up a day and time for the session. The day of the shoot, they'll experience professional hair and makeup, styling and the shoot. It's a day of fun and experimentation where they can express themselves in the privacy and safety of the studio. And they can come away from the experience with gorgeous prints of their day. I specialize in Headshots and Fine Art Portraiture.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught. I've been a photographer for over 30 years.
