I am a respected and award-winning Northern California photographer specializing in residential, commercial property and architectural images throughout the greater North Bay from San Francisco to Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Lake and Mendocino County locations since 2013. My rates are competitive and turnaround timely to meet your needs. My rate for a 3 bed / 2.5, 1800 square foot home average is $235. Virtual staging is offered at $9 per room. My 3D, 2D Floor Plan package is offered at $150 which includes an Interactive Floor Plan and Home Report for open house. Ken Burns style Virtual Tours are $100, and I produce stunning AI Virtual Tours for $175. I offer Twilight and Drone imaging at a competitive price point based on scope of coverage and project needs.
My professional images are rendered with high resolution full frame professional cameras and lenses for clarity and texture with an eye for classic composition and architectural lines to bring the viewers’ attention to the features, connections and spaces of any property. I have superb sky replacement technology so images can be taken on less than favorable exterior conditions and rendered with attractive compositions and look, including twilight and sunset images. You will receive 40 to 60 images for most properties to give you plenty of choices. My images usually move seller’s properties within 2 days to 30 and 60 days from the day of posting.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it is important and neccissary to develope a relaxed rapport with my valued clients by getting to know their interests and personal style. I truly seek to understand what they are looking for because we will together be creating memories to last a lifetime and as portential heirlooms to pass on to younger family members. Once we have made this connection the magic begins to happen on the day of the session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was inspired by my father who had a portrait studio in Buffalo New York in the 1940's. His black & white Hollywood style portraits peeked my interest as a young man. I have been shooting with a passion all my life but began developing my licensed professional business in 2004. I have completed academic training in photography, and I’m honored to be a 1st place award winning North bay photographer gaining national attention in 2015 with a handshake from the mayor of Santa Rosa and a cash award for my black and white images. My wine country landscape images have been featured by North bay businesses and musical organizations. My wedding and engagement photography is candid and fresh capturing the spontaneous moments to last a lifetime. My real estate and property images continue to set my clients apart and generate sales. I enjoy a 5-star rating on other marketing websites. I love what I do and can’t image doing anything else that has been so rewarding and creatively satisfying.
