What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first thing we do to get an idea of what method of hair extensions are best for you is pictures of your hair! Then getting your thoughts on how long and method of extensions. A deposit is placed and your booked! Hair is ordered and delivered within 2 days. Your time matters to us so we make sure your not rushed and ready for your appointment by having everything ready. Instructions and products are also sold to keep maintaining your new hair easy!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Rachel Joy trained with Master Stylist all throughout LA and San Jose.

There's a base price for the hair that can be used for a year then install price based on the method.
