What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we perform a free consultation to find out what the customer's hair needs are. We go over different options that are healthy hair services, that will satisfy the client. We shie them photos and go over pricing. We try to satisfy the customer with honesty and no pressure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Owner Tasha Hough, has her instructors license in Hair Augmentation, and she has been performing Hair Extension service on Celebrities, as well as petforming hair service and owning salons for over 20 yesrs. Shes traveled all over the world mastering her craft. Her specialty is performing Hair Extensions, Lace Front Wigs, and designing Lace Front wigs for clients with Chronic Medical Hair Loss such as Cancer, Alopecia, Lupis, and Others. Shes been educated in New York , Clem Lu Yat Academy, Millionaire Barber Academy, Bonner Brothers Hair Extensions's Academy, as well as graduating from Flavios Beauty Academy. She also imstructs her own Hair Extension courses at her salon. Tasha is a very motivated, warm hearted individual. Great customer service is her gift! She has a heart of gold. And when you are around her you feel her genuine love for her clients and her hair business. She truly cares about the health of your hair. She loves to please her clients and lift their spirits. She makes everyone leave with a smile!
