About

I help real estate agents, builders, and designers present their properties with clear, consistent, high-quality media. I’ve photographed more than 17,000 projects across Southern California, covering everything from small condos to large architectural builds.

My work includes still photography, cinematic video, and aerial coverage. I focus on accuracy, clean composition, and showing each space the way a buyer or client is meant to experience it.

Agents work with me because the process is simple, communication is direct, and the results are reliable. My goal is to be a long-term partner in your marketing, not a one-off service provider.

    Frequently asked questions

I focus on understanding what the customer needs and how they plan to use the photos or video. We talk through the property, the goals, and any specifics that matter. Once the session is booked, I handle the shoot, editing, and delivery. I keep the process simple with clear communication and next-day turnaround on most projects.
I have more than 18 years of experience photographing real estate, architecture, and construction projects. I’ve documented over 17,000 properties across Southern California. My background includes work in high-end architectural photography, cinematic video production, drone operations, and consistent on-the-job refinement of lighting, composition, and post-production skills.
Yes. Real estate photos start at $250 for homes under 2,000 square feet, with small increases based on size. Rentals start at $300. Drone photos are $175. Video begins at $350 per hour or flat-rate packages depending on scope. Virtual staging is $40 per image. All pricing is transparent and based on clear deliverables.
I started by photographing homes for local agents and found that I enjoyed the mix of design, storytelling, and problem-solving. The demand grew quickly, and over time I developed a strong client base of Realtors, builders, designers, and architects who needed consistent, reliable media.
Realtors, architects, designers, builders, contractors, developers, short-term rental owners, commercial property managers, and homeowners preparing to sell or lease. I work with clients who value clear communication, consistent results, and a collaborative approach.
I filmed a property video in Rancho Matilija for a long-time client. I was walking backward during an on-camera take and backed into a cactus. It sent a spike straight into my backside, but the shot came out clean. It was a good reminder that the work can be unpredictable, but still rewarding.
Look for consistency, communication, and experience. Review full galleries, not only highlight photos. Make sure the photographer understands how the images will be used. Ask about turnaround time and licensing. Good visuals help sell properties faster, so choose someone who treats your goals as their priority.
    • What is the purpose of the photos or video? • Who is the target audience? • Are there any rooms or features that need special attention? • What is the timeline? • Will virtual staging or drone work be needed? • How will the media be used after delivery?
