What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to conduct an interview either in person or by phone to develop a relationship so we are on the same page. Total cost of service including deposit (Pay Pal) preferred, format of delivery HD jpeg CD, edited or non-edit, theme or purpose of photos, date, time, location, number of people, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
