What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on making every event custom. We like to have an initial conversation to learn exactly what you are looking for. From there we send over a proposal, can make changes as needed, then send a contract to get the date locked in. We take a 50% deposit upon booking and 50% balance 5 days prior to event.
