About
I’m a passionate and creative culinary professional. I trained and learned my craft at the Paul Bocuse institute in Lyon, France. I also attended the CCA for the Cordon Bleu program, in San Francisco. I have been a caterer and a family chef for a few different clients in San Francisco and the Bay Area as well as the LA metropolitan area. I enjoy bringing a dinner party to life. I love people and thrive on team work making my client’s ideas a a reality and a success. I’m a responsible and resourceful creative, a “make it happen” personality.
I’ve excellent service and organizational skills which make me a great diner/party organizer as well as a weekly meal planner. I understand the importance of nutrition for our health and well being and still be able to create delicious and beautiful food.
I know service in its different styles, I am clean, organized, reliable and ServeSafe certified. Devoted to my profession, my team and our work, and most importantly, the client.
