What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a chat to get a feel for what my client is wanting for the shoot, arrange a good time to schedule, and select the best location for our shoot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing photography since I was a child. As an adult I have continued to educate in different techniques, equipment and certifications including real estate, wedding, live music, events and family photography.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It depends on what type of shoot it is. I always give a discount on the first shoot.
How did you get started in this business?
My father taught me and his father taught him! It's just what I love to do!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently did a maternity shoot! We had the fall colors in a beautiful valley as our backdrop and it was beautiful!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Take a look at a few different photographers styles to see what you like. There are so many great photographers out there and every one has a unique style!
Also the best lighting outdoors is in the early morning or late afternoon/evening. Unless it's cloudy, then one can shoot most of the day.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What environment do want to shoot in? Indoor studio or outdoors? How much do you want to spend? What style do you want?
