Moose hill cantina has been an established fine in restaurant since 1984 serving American and Tex mex cuisine. In 2003 we started our catering venture. We take pride in serving large groups for weddings, corporate lunches, baby showers, and funerals. Every Saturday we cater to car dealerships. We just don’t make Mexican food. We also cater Italian, Asian, Bbq, Philly cheesesteaks, Gyros, breakfast bar we also make cakes and provide desserts also. We can accommodate all your gluten free and vegetarian guests too

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to my customer about estimated head count, date of event, discuss how casual the venue is and pricing. From there we book the event with a promise to pay contract and final headcount 3 days prior to the event and payment is collected on that day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working for moosehill cantina since 1995 it was my first job as a busser and went to business school while moving up at moose hill. I became a server, then general manager and became owner in 2013. Five years ago we started out catering venture and never looking back. Providing food for celebrations makes me feel very fulfilled.

Basic taco bar is 9$ per person that includes ground beef, chicken, rice, refried beans and black beans. Comes with flour taco shells and corn fir your gluten free guests. We also offer a great selections of desserts with can be an add on also. We have dips salads and don’t just make Mexican food. We also offer bbq sandwiches, gyros, Philly cheesesteaks and much more. One of most talked about items is our queso fountain and also have a chocolate fountain for our sweet tooth guests

moose hill cantina was established in 1984 we have a great establishment in our amazing community.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
we do catering every weekend for a car dealership. Each weekend they like a different type of food. We love it because it gives us a chance to be creative in our kitchen
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
my best advise is to let us do the work. Our job is to get food to your guests and they have enough to work about preparing their event. We are here to make your life easier
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
cost is very important. We pride ourself on being the most affordable. And it is very important to be accurate with the head count so there is enough food for every quest.
