What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting them, either over the phone or at event center. Or however they wish to be contacted. Talk about the vent and details of the menu. Then, it all will be on an email broken down on every detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have started in California 25 years ago when I first opened my first Italian restaurant. Since then I have opened, sold and bought eight different restaurants / businesses. Worked as a chef at a private school for 11 years. Since then I have been in the culinary world with many chefs working on private catering events. From corporate events to weddings, birthday parties, luncheons, and holiday celebrations!
