What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell the client to have a plan maybe have some pictures picked out on Pinterest of what they I like and don’t like. I suggest always booking a consultation first and that way we know exactly what we need to schedule, so we have enough time to achieve the look we want.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
As I have said before I would book a consultation and I would have the client be prepared to tell me what they like about their hair what they don’t like about their hair. Having pictures is always important .
