What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Really getting to know them and what their main concern of their hair is and the color and it look they are trying to achieve. Getting to know someone is the key to being able to deliver the right look for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified in multiple hair extension techniques. I have been a color educator for Keine, Matrix, redken and J Beverly Hills. I have extensive background in attendance to color classes all year and traveled many states to teach and attend. I provide assistance programs for those who are new to the industry. I continue my education quite often as this industry is always evolving and advancing.

It all depends on what the client wants.
Bayalages start at 195.00 and up
haircuts are 55.00
color corrections start at 250.00 and up
Extensions are a consultation must and we discuss pricing to suit the individual clients needs
How did you get started in this business?
i started right after high school because I wanted to change people’s life through their look and their hairstyle. Every woman’s hair changes the way they feel about themselves

I love working for brides and their bridesmaids. They are such a blessing to be apart of their special day. We have fun and my team creates amazing special occasion styles
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would definitely do your homework. See pictures do someone’s work and really discuss the wants and needs of your hair with the professional. I feel like first impressions are everything. The feel you get when talking to someone you know immediately that this is the person you’re wanting To hire. Or pass on.

What color has been previously used on the hair , pictures gathered for what the vision is that the customer wants, how many sessions it will take and how much a ball park figure of the estimated cost.
