We are a full service salon, owned and operated by Matthew Morris, lead education director for L'Oréal Pro. The salon is the holder of numerous awards locally and nationally, and we have three locations in Denver. I am contacting you as an individual stylist from the Broadway location, with 4 years of experience, focused in blonding and extensions. I take pride in providing thorough, detailed work for each and every client, customized to your specific look, lifestyle, face shape and eye color. I am formally trained and certified in multiple smoothing treatment lines, all extension applications(keratin, beard, tape-in, natural beaded wefts, and clip ins) as well as European techniques of color and cut. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to sit down with new client and discuss your current styling routine, goals for your hair and asses your face shape, skin tone, eye color and hair type to help you achieve the most flattering and achievable look. We discuss a long term and short term goal as well as a pricing for both. I walk you through each step as I'm working and explain what's going on and why, as well as give styling tips as we are finishing. There is never any pressure to buy products, I simply talk you through what I am using on you, and ask if you need anything when we walk by on our way to check out.
