What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have an initial meeting to get to know each other and learn about their needs. These meetings can be in person, phone or video chat. After this meeting since an agreement to work together has been reached, we will work up a legal agreement to confirm the scope of the work and the fee for this work. Once this agreement is completed and the retainer has been paid we move to the next stage.
