I have 18 years of culinary and front-of-house experience, I am a trained chef from Johnson & Wales and a registered dietitian. For the past four years, I've specialized in creating individualized menus tailored to my clients' unique dietary needs, ensuring both flavor and nutritional balance. I’m passionate about providing customized culinary experiences, whether for intimate dinners or large events, and cooking classes, all designed to exceed guests' expectations with delicious, thoughtfully curated dishes.
