Photography is the blood in my body; it is what keeps me alive. I strive to create images with impact and drama, as well as, capture the quiet subtle moments that define us. I love to observe people, and I capture that photograph that makes people say "I was there but never saw that".
Life is fun, crazy, and sometimes sad, and as a photographer I want to see all of that through the lens. As the great Robert Capa said, "if your pictures are not good enough, you're not close enough" so I get close, live life to the fullest and I do that every day with a camera in my hand!
My career as a photojournalist began in 1991, after graduating from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a degree in photography and multimedia. My photos have been published all over world.
