Doxica Productions provides some of the best photography and videography services in Denver! Our philosophy is that every project should be something we'll be proud to show in our portfolio. We call it a 10, and on every project, we shoot for a 10.
Everyone who works at Doxica has a bit of an addiction to creating great work! We try to take days off, but start to go into photography and film withdrawals! We all just LOVE what we do and our main goal is to let that obsession with incredible work show through in every project!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can take on new work with as little as a phone call, but for bigger projects and weddings, we have a preproduction meeting, to meet the couple and find out who they are as a couple. This gives you a chance to get to know who you'll work with, and helps us to give you a video that really shows who you are! When you decide we're just right for you, we'll go over the contract with you and you're all set!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my videographers have gone to school for film and post-production, but that's not my first concern. First, I look for people who are friendly and excellent with clients. Next, it's a must that they have a great eye for awesome shots and finally, they need lots of experience with camera gear so that they can focus on what's most important - your event!

All of our pricing can be found at our website, using the simple pricing tool. We couldn't have made this part easier and there are no hidden costs or fees. No having to call for pricing or different prices for different clients.
How did you get started in this business?
We all started in various places, working under other professionals and we all decided to come together to start doing projects we love. Our unofficial motto is "A '10' on every single project".
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with lots of couples, bands and large companies that have conferences and need live editing and livestreaming.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently filmed a wedding of two people totally in live with each other and it was amazing! They were radiant and their video turned out just beautifully. We don't take on every project that comes our way and it's people like them who we take on in a heartbeat!
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Don't hire based on price alone! At best (especially in videography) you get what you pay for. At worst, you pay full professional prices for someone who will practice on you. Look into the company you hire and don't go with someone who discounts their rate to get work. If they do that, it's because they can't get hired at professional prices.
What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
What do I want my project to show about me, my company or for weddings, my relationship?
Is this a once in a lifetime event? Can I take the chance on hiring an inexperienced company?
Do I really like the people I'm hiring?
