What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a thorough consultation to make sure that we are both on the same page of what a new client is wanting. Having inspiration pictures is great and in person we can discuss what is achievable and realistic. Hair integrity is my top priority whether we are doing color, lightening services, or extensions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am continually taking classes throughout the year, hands- on, look and learn, online, and seminars. I have several certifications for extension methods including tape-in, sew-in , I-tip and fusion. Other certifications are L'anza color certified, all Keratin Complex smoothing treatments and airbrush makeup/ tattoo cover.
