What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I require some form of a consultation either in person or on phone. This is so we both don't have wasted time!!! I have worked behind the chair for 30 plus years and I still enjoy every minute of it!!!!! I pride myself on keeping up to date on new styles and trends but I also am a perm specialist. Men woman and children keep me on my toes and I enjoy all of it!!!!
