Lost In Food

For 31 one years I have been crafting my art. I was raised in the culinary field from the age of 8 because my mother was in Catering. From there my passion grew and all I wanted was to be apart of the field. I have worked for known name restaurants in New York, Fairfield County, and also have worked in the corporate and Healthcare sectors as well. I am very diverse and enjoy a lot of cooking styles. Working in fine dining for many years has taught me to keep an eye on detail because the smallest error is what matters most. My hobbies besides cooking are, just being a single father and keeping up with her.
