About
In 2004 I felt like something was missing in my cooking. I felt like my food wasn't reaching the people the way I wanted it to. With 24 years experience in corporate, casual and fine dining I felt like I had to change something as a chef. My family they are from Sicily that was the link. That was it that's what was missing. So I applied my tradition growing up in a Sicilian household and applied it to my cooking. Here at heart n soul we come in cook dinner set up the table and leave you more time to sit down with the ones you love. My goal as a chef is to bridge the gap with families. I want families to learn more about eachother due to there busy lives and let the power of food bring families closer together. Thru great conversation and great food I believe in my heart this can be accomplished.
