My name is Phyllis Aponte I am from Long Island New York former business owner of Bellissimo Hair salon and Medusa Hair salon. I been doing Hair for over 20 years I do corrective color,highlights ,keratin, razor cuts perms, beautiful blowouts and curly hair.
I love doing hair I come from a large amount of people in my family that do Hair. I honestly started very young I believe God gave me this gift because I just look at Hair and I love it. This is not a job to me. I never feel like I am working.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk about past experiences they had with other stylists because I would like to know what they like and how busy is they life so I can know how much time they have to do there hair. I also like to know what colors they dislike.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
What training do I have was working with the best stylist in New York and having my own you have to create together and learn with the client about what that like because you can give a client a beautiful Hair cut doesn’t mean she is gonna love it. So that is why you need to ask questions

I don’t price gouge and not looking to get rich off of no one so I keep my prices fair.
