What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication
I welcome the client, sit them down, then offer refreshments. I proceed by asking many questions about their desires for their hair, their home maintenance habits etc. At this point I repeat back what I have understood them to say about their hair needs......
Next, if both parties agree with the plan of action. I proceed to take the necessary steps twords the process of achieveing Your hair Your way😁🌈
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend the annual premiere hair show in orlando every year. I also practice on mannequins at home to perfect any new techniques I have seen. Also attend many educational seminars and shows locally. I have many certifications in various different areas of my profession, Brazilian blowout certification - Coppola smoothing certification - multiple haircutting certifications - color specialist - perm perfection- as well as customized & individualized specialty hair shaping. With a Florida state board of cosmetology license too. over 30 years experience 🙃

Retouch color(root only)$50 +up
perms begin at $65 for a partial +up

Always loved playing with my family & friends hair as a child…
In 1986 the opportunity was presented itself to attended a private beauty school and I did🥳
I Have attended so many seminars shows and teachings to further my education the last 30 years of practicing this amazing profession 😁

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The most important part of hair design is communication 🙃
You first express your ideas to the designer
then hair designer repeats back what you have stated so there is an understanding of your desired look......
BEFORE proceeding to pick up scissors or ✂️ mix color etc
