About
My wife and I are U.S. Navy veterans, and we traveled all over the world aboard an aircraft carrier... but we won't bore you with our stories!
We are specialists in the airport transfer and long distance trip chaufferred services. So many of our clients have told us they could never find someone to drive those long distances to other airports, until they found Driven SWFL. No one in our market specializes in this niche!
We may be in the business of transporting people, but we love connecting with the passengers who want to share. We are always meeting new people, and we love hearing the stories of who they are and where they come from.
This business gives us the opportunity to serve in our community, connect with people from all over the world, and live in the best vacation destination anywhere in the U.S.!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For the first reservation, we determine your needs through a basic panel of questions. Once your reservation is booked, we will reference and verify this information for all future bookings to streamline the process.
When the driver picks you up, he/she will have access to everything you shared with us during your reservation and will be equipped to serve you professionally and efficiently.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have eleven years of experience operating this business. We are both Navy veterans and college graduates.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We calculate our rates based on fair market pricing, miles, time and type of vehicle.
How did you get started in this business?
JC's uncle gave him his start in this business when we moved down from Ohio in 2009. Our first vehicle was a bit embarrassing - it was an old silver Town Car with VERY large chrome rims! But, we still got rave reviews for our service, and Driven SWFL was born!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Fortune 500 CEO's, high ranking military officers, politicians, international businessmen, B-list celebrities, hotel and restaurant managers (for their clients' needs), corporate executives and seasonal residents from luxury communities all around south Florida.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
JC had the opportunity to drive a widely known country music artist from her home to the airport - it was less than an hour trip, but probably one of his favorite stories.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always be clear with your expectations. If you expect a clean, safe ride with a reliable professional who will show up on time, then make sure you discuss this with whomever you hire.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Your company of choice should ask you for quite a bit of information, as applicable: Pickup address, date and time, number of passengers, number of bags, infant car seat requirements, dropoff address, flight info, billing info, passenger phone numbers, and more.
The more answers you have prepared, the less time you'll spend with them on the phone.
