What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is an initial meeting for descovery of what the kind of event and what the guest would like to accumplish.
We then provide a scope of work details and pricing to present to the guest/s.
If all in agreement we complete an event engagement contarct.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a vast experience of over 40 years in many differnt restaurnat styles. ranging from Fast, fast full service, Gourmet, dinners, breakfast, lunchons, ethenic, american, american diners, caribbean specifically Jamaican, Sea food. I have operated with up to 60+ staff members in the catering and the actual restaurant.

How did you get started in this business?
I started in the restaurant business in 1980 working as a chef for a reataurant named New England Sea Food & steak house.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Catering services are provided to Weddings, Corporate, Graduations, Birthdays, Disco events, and provate parties.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently we catered for the caribbean event called Soul to Soul. A massive caribbean concert and dance party. Engaging over 500 guests.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice to a customer looking to hire a pro in this area of expertise is to sit with each person in consideration and interview them on their expertise and knowledge in this area and see if they can actually meet you required needs. talk, discuss and ask questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. Get a wrotten scope of work for what they will be doing for you.
2.Get a firm price.
3.Get a solid contract and review it carefully before signing again to make sure it meets their needs.
