Holly Gordon Photography
About
My photography is excep creative.
After being a highly successful photographer of people, I have transitioned to fine art photography, fine art mixed media, architectural photography and highly creative (non-traditional) product photography.
I photograph people rarely - and only for my own artistic projects, and occasionally for especially interesting clients. I no longer coordinate with celebrities' managers. Celebrities must contact me directly.
Having owned an advertising agency in Atlanta and New York for 20 years, and as a communication expert, I understand The mood of the photos that will speak to you and/or your clients.
My past work includes celebrity photography (actors, athletes & musicians), such as Dennis Rodman, Robert Englund (Freddie Kruger), lead actors from "Sons of Anarchy," "The Walking Dead," and "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"), etc. boudoir photography, modeling and acting portfolios and portraits.
I love color, composition and the magic of light, shadows and darkness. They come alive in my hands, my eyes and my camera.
I love stunning my clients, and people viewing my collections, with my vision. With something that speaks to them so far down deep that they forget to breathe for a moment.
Light, my camera, darkness, my spirit, shadows, the subject and I become a tornado and a cool spring-fed stream. It’s about the flow.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen, carefully.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and education isn't nearly as important as my portfolio and my happy clients.
I am mostly self-taught, but, my extensive travel in Southeast Asia, TURKEY, Greece, South America and my education in Paris and Cambridge, UK, have had a profound effect on my work.
20 years of owning an advertising agency, and being the art director, taught me balance, composition and the beauty of simplicity.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No. Nothing about my work is standard. Everything is completely custom, according to my client's needs and desires.
How did you get started in this business?
I was a model. I wanted to meet two photographers who were teaching a photography workshop in Wisconsin. So, I bought a used Canon and posed as a photographer. I didn't even know how to put the battery in my camera.
One of the photos I took that day won many national and international awards. I knew that I had found my passion in photography and fine art.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Virtually every kind of client.
