How did you get started in this business?
I started in the business when I was 18 I went to JC Penny to cut my hair. I went home crying. My curly long hair wasn't able to be managed. I looked like a Christmas tree. My cousin took me to a different salon and the stylist gave me the best cut and blowout in less than an hour. (My hair would normally take the entire day.)In that moment I knew I wanted to be just like him. To make someone feel happy about their hair no matter what texture length or origin. My hearts desire to make everyone look and feel their must Fabulous.

Go with your instincts. Not every stylist is for every client and not every client is for every stylist.

One question should be knowledge of hair. Who knows, understands and loves hair? That's what will make a difference.
