We can help with all catering and rental needs under one roof. We specialize in paellas and we make all live shows. Our specialty is to cook it on-site.
I love cooking as a kid I remember my grandfather being in the industry and showing me all his tricks to making a delicious dish. Like he always said we cook with Love, the best ingredient for the kitchen. I love what I do and seeing the spark in people’s eyes when they eat our food.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First steps are to gatter as much information as possible with customers needs then we send them a written proposal with all items and as soon as customers says yes we collect 50% upfront and the rest the day of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS degree in Hospitality Management from FIU.
