Creating the experience. Experience regardless of product or design, is everything. It is what we remember from the product and design, and so experiences that are moments in time en mass via events make the process even more enthralling and much more rewarding to create.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a color palette based on YOUR idea. What are you doing? How can we meet half way? Let's start simple, choose a few colors we like, and then start building the experience for you. It's all about the experience. And we dwell in the details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates in Art Education, Bachelors in Marketing, Masters in Human Factors Psychology, PhD in International Psychology. My team-member is a Nutritionist and Wellness counselor.
Exhibited artist and designer. Miami and New York City. Creation and Building of the MTV VMA Moonman for 2004 VMA's in Miami with Robert Chambers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Project-based pricing based on equipment, and any factors which may include transportation of services. Services of catering can be provided as well, and that may increase the pricing although added to the project as a whole. The creation of new materials to increase project and event creadibility and engagement are not based on pricing but on time applied to its creation. We work quickly, and sometimes on-site but usually off for major inclusions. On-site development is only used for portions of the project which would not increase costs and decrease delivery time. All is based on needs and focus of the client.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Consider what they will finally be delivering and how that will align with the experience you want to provide to your guests and atendees. Regardless of simplicity which may be perfect, there is something they will each gather and takje with them. Focus on THAT and have your planner understand what you prefer most.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. Can you create this feeling for the attendees?
2. Should I include XYZ to have the event "look", "feel" be "remembered" a certain way?
3. How do you base your pricing? Is it purely project based? Do you charge by the hour? How does your policy of pricing increase work? Is there a chance for increases in pricing? Whatr are the stipulations for that?
