What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving the date, pickup time & location you will receive an all-inclusive quote (except driver gratuity). You will also receive a confirmation with your chauffeurs phone number.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of professional driving and management experience with limousines and party buses.
How did you get started in this business?
While I have enjoyed driving and managing limousine and party bus companies for 15 years it has always been a dream to be an owner, however I only wanted to do it with the right vehicle. After recently acquiring this flawless Hummer I'm ready to bring new memories to our new clients, and our long term clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have probably worked with every type of customers, birthdays, weddings, bachelor/ettes, sweet 16's, quinces, graduations, concerts, surprise wedding proposals, Wish with Wings, corporate functions, even a few divorce parties
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Never go for the cheapest limousine, in this industry you get what you pay for. Also make sure you see ACTUAL photos of the vehicle you are planning to rent, you don't want to plan your special occasion based on a "stock photo"
