What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to learn the customer needs. Once we have discussed and agreed, I make a plan of action and then let the creation begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in the beauty industry. I graduated from a Pivot Point Program and has been licensed since 2015. I have many training certification from cut and color to natural and braids.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business because of my mother. As a child, I watched my mother slay fingerwaves and lay some braids. Around the age of 7, I begin doing different styles on myself. Some where around 10, I started braiding and doing sew-ins on customers. Before I knew it, I was creating styles of all kinds of designs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I am very diverse. I have worked with all textures and length hair.
