What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the start we talk about what they are looking for and go through the process of creating an image that they will cherish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied with some of the top photographers i the world through a Professional Photography school based in Cape Cod where I eventually became part of them serving on the Board of Trustees for over 6 years. Some of my mentors include Monte Zucker, Dave Newman, Rick Ferro, Susan and Stewart Powers, and many others.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My creation fee starts at $150 which includes watermarked proofs then orders may be placed for prints or digital files.
How did you get started in this business?
When my first child was born I picked up a camera and never stopped.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Companies such as PEZ Candy, Yarde Metals, portrait work from infants to familes and pets.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love working with children.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask about how they work and where they have come from. Do they use the proper tools to create your image. What kind of lighting do they use.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What do I want the portrait to express? Do I want formal or casual? Do I want indoor or outdoor? Do I want color or B&W?
