I got started on this busy many years ago due to everyone tellinge my hair was too thick and hard to handle.

I have worked with all type of customer from simple to complex.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would tell anyone if the company offer consultation at a cost or free take it. It is better to loose a few dollars a few dollars with an consultation than loosing 200 to 300 on a bad hair style.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Have you done this before and may I see some of your work. Do you have anyone I can speak with that will vaildate your work . Sometimes it is not about the question just call and ask where they are located and stop by to see how clean the work space is, that will tell you a lot.
