My name is Chelsea and I am a cosmetologist at Trilogy Salon in Melbourne, Florida. I absolutely love what I do! The biggest goal for myself and the salon is to give all of the people who walk through the door, great hair! Great hair means HEALTHY, beautiful hair! I am constantly learning and perfecting all new techniques to give my clients the latest and greatest looks! We use some of the best products out there to give you the best hair! Our salon is dedicated to giving you a comfortable "at-home" feeling every time you walk in the door.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hey there, beautiful! When you first come see me we will talk about all of your wants and needs! We will go over everything you're looking to accomplish with your hair. I will make sure I have the best idea of what you want your hair to look like and then I will explain how we will get there. Your happiness, hair health, and understanding of the process is very important to me!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in Melbourne 2 years ago. I've been doing hair and makeup for a photography company and decided to take the step to doing hair at Trilogy Salon this year! I am constantly doing more training, classes and anything I can get my hands on to learn more and give my clients the BEST hair!

How did you get started in this business?
I've had a passion for hair and makeup since I can remember! I decided to pursue my passion a few years ago and went to school to get my license and be able to give everyone great hair!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always look at their previous work, make sure you like what they've done. Make sure they have your best interest at heart. Make sure they have their licenses and are clean and sanitary.

What are you looking to accomplish with your hair? If it were to be a process, how much time are you willing to invest? How much money are you willing to invest?
