What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we start with a consultation and an introduction to our salon. We discuss lifestyle and budget when choosing a style for the guests.  

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our salon is owned by 2 Paul Mitchell National Educators. We constantly train ourselves and employees in order to stay on top of the current trends, hair care improvements, and latest tools to enhance our work.

We have a tier level pricing, which includes master stylist/designer , senior stylist/designer, and new talent designers. 

How did you get started in this business?

Our love for hair developed at different stages with the stylists in our salon. But it began very early, some as early as middle school. After working in the industry, the owners of Natural and Relaxed wanted to create a different concept within the industry. This would be a salon that is a professional hair care concept, one in which our stylist are continually learning and sharpening their skills. 

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all hair types, economic status from NFL players to volunteering and make overs for Miami Rescue Mission homeless women. We love hair, there fore we will work with ALL guests.

we particate in an annual cut o thin for Susan G Komen breaths cancer awareness month. 

What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?

Their expectations from the visit or service before the service is performed.
