What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's meet! You can't tell if you'd be comfortable working with me if we've not met. Ask me about my work and I'll ask you how you'd like to be remembered by friends, family or a special someone. After all, a photo is a frozen moment in time and lives forever.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained as a photojournalist so it's easy for me to anticipate those great moments that are totally candid and totally you! Further education has taught me the mechanics of photography as well as posing, lighting and grouping for important formal shots. Highy skilled in Photoshop for those extra touches that make your images really stand out.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in photojournalism and have captured images of 5 U.S. presidents, beauty pageants, Grand Prix races and a NASA shuttle landing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of people, but mostly ones just like you!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I documented a 200+ wedding from engagement to the final celebration. Over 2000 images of pure love!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire a professional who you actually like. If you are going to be working with someone for hours who is capturing images of you, please be sure you get along. If you are just price shopping and there is zero emotional investment, it will show in the pictures.
