A Referral was sent to me from an existing client. Client was in need of make over. Wanted a new hair style and color,then we went over details on what it would take to achieve her goal. Client then agreed. She was so pleased with my service. She pre booked her next appointment and took a few of my cards to pass them out to Friend and family.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always come in person to do a consultation. Bring pictures to discribe what they want and be open for recommendations.
