Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, will need to get some more details from the customer. Additionally, I would like to view the photography location so I can get an idea of where to set up. The location is the best thing to consider, next to the skill of the photographyer; location says it all!
Additionally, I obtain a non-refundable retainer fee that is subtracted from the final price; this lets me know they're serious with getting photography services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Intelligence Photography (USN)
Landscape Photography
Night Photography
Portrait Photography
Real Estate Photography
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It depends on the location of where I have to travel. But will always do my best to remain within or even under the customer's budget.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out in the printing business; printing others' fond memories on canvas, and doing my own canvas stretching/wrapping. I ended up merging into photography since I've done that the most, and I really enjoy it. Best of all, my customers receive a free canvas print with ordering services!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at their work that closely resembles what work is requested, and ask as many questions as possible. Also, not everyone will have all 5 stars - remember there are always two sides to a story. I also encourage customers to reach out to me and ask questions if they see some feedback that may concern them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
LOCATION! The customers should first consider location that they're fond of, then ask questions about time and day of photography, keeping the weather forcast in mind.
