What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a conversation with our clients and listen to their vision for their event. We look at any inspiration photos the client has. Then we ask questions about the venue and event and discuss budget. Then we prepare a proposal with visuals and pricing for the client to review. After review we follow up with any changes and then we are ready to add the event to our schedule and complete the booking process with a contract and a deposit .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We come from different backgrounds but all of us at Party People Events have an eye for design. We attend Balloon Conventions and workshops to keep up with the latests techniques and trends.

We have standard pricing for some items however, most of our designs are custom made and tailored to fit the clients needs so pricing will vary on some of our decor items.
