Hi, and welcome to Dimensions Salon.You walk in the door, and I am there to greet you with a warm smile, as I am truly glad to meet you. You sit in my chair, and we take some time to discuss your hair-what the history is, what the goal is, what you don't like and what you love about your hair-whether it's your first or 100th visit with me. To me, the consultation is the most important part so that we can make a plan for you to have the hair you have always wanted!

Throughout your visit, we'll talk about how to nourish your hair and protect your hair. I will talk about what products to use and show you my best styling tricks so you can replicate your style at home. You will be offered an array of amenities and refreshments so you feel well cared for and relaxed. Whether you are my first or last client of the day, you will have my whole attention for your visit.

I love being able to connect with my guests! When you spend an hour or longer with someone on an almost monthly basis, you build a bond that can last for years. I get excited to come to work every day because I genuinely enjoy spending time with my guests.

I educate myself and keep up with the latest techniques and trends. I am certified in balayage and hair extensions, and have taken numerous classes on color to create beautiful, multi-tonal looks.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The experience starts at my new guest page, www.salon-dimensions.com/newguest. There you will find a detailed explaination of what to expect for your first visit as well as information on how to book your first appointment. We will have an extended consultation to be sure we are on the same page so you have peace of mind and know exactly what to expect.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have taken numerous classes on cutting, coloring, different methods of extensions, and highlighting/balayage techniques. Every year, there is a big hair show in Orlando that I always attend!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Always be sure they have a current and valid license. You can go to the dpbr website and do a license search to find them. Also be sure to check out their social media for examples of previous work and what others say about them.
