What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Client will email or call me to discuse their needs. We set a time and place to meet if there is a need for face to face follow up. Depending upon the job, I may ask for a very small up front deposit, but in most cases I do not. Half paid the day of the photo-shoot and the balance due when I provide the edited images back to the Client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm Retired United States Navy Veteran and attended The Art Institute of Fort Worth TX for Photography and Photo Editing and Graphic Design.
