What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I like to listen or read what the customer is looking for, his expectations and his budget. Once I analyze all the specific details for the shoot I give him my quote along with my recommendations and lead time to complete the shoot.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Diploma in Photography from the Art Institute of Colorado

Master studies at Brooks institute in California for Commercial and Architectural photography.
