I've been a master stylist for over 15 years and I've been in the industry for nearly 20. My work continues to grace the pages of major magazines , movies and television shows in and out of the beauty industry .
One of the great things about relocating and forming a brand in a new city is that you meet great people and that's what it's about -great service for great people ,that is my passion. I enjoy The fact that I'm in a profession that provides ongoing services that help my clients to look and feel their best. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer inquires about services the first thing I want to do is establish a great line of communication . If the client is unable to come in for a consultation I will either do a FaceTime or Skype . I could get the consultation and we can talk back-and-forth . I can see the client and get all the information, therefore once they come into the salon we will already have a great understanding of what they want and the service I can provide This way we both are excited about appointment day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a master hairstylist /instructor. I've been in the business nearly 20 years. I am an international multicultural platform artist and colorist. I am an award-winning salon professional ,Manager and competition judge

How did you get started in this business?
I got my start right after college and I wanted t pursue a career that I have more control over and also where I could actually have hands on experience with people I love Hair I love doing hair!!!!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Sometimes we want to have the best answer for this question however I have had some great clients ! I've had clients that believed in me that were so cooperative and then I have had those are what kind of difficult and hard to please, but as time went on they became the best customers I could've had so I've had a variety of clients .
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had an event to do a runway show for several companies but the one that I love was the pitch black fashion event . I had the privilege of doing the most talented and beautiful kid models and also I developed a love for Runway work ! Plus working behind a camera on major motion pictures that was very exciting!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
keep in mind that communication is everything and go to a professional that truly wants to earn your trust and loyalty and also someone that interacts well.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First thing - What are there expectations in their hair care journey? What do you want ? What products do you love? Secondly , is this something that they want to do long-term or is it a short term need or is it a fill in need (regular stylist not available)? Does the location , stylist availability and skill set fit their needs?
